Many of us, myself included, get caught up in needing a full on hardcore, drenched in sweat workout to feel like we’ve achieved that day. But sometimes, a quick little somethin’ something’ is better than a big fat nothing nothing! Here’s a quick sequence of yoga positions to keep you going!

I’m a big believer that the longest distance anyone can go in making a healthy change in their overall health from top to bottom is going from ZERO to ONE. Going from not doing anything to doing something. Anything! Anything at all! And these studies back that up.
