MOTIVATION: MYB on the go.
No matter where you’re traveling, partying, playing or sunbathing this Memorial Day weekend, get your MYB on! Just because you’re away from your favorite yoga studio, gym, cycling class, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get your SWEAT on. Use your MYB time as a moment to calm from the crazy, get a great sweat in before you laze about or rock all night and explore your different surroundings. From runs on the beach to walks in the mountains, take advantage of a whole new running route or town full of workout possibilities—and maybe even bring a friend along!
Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, get your MYB on. Make it a priority. #MYBonthego

MOTIVATION: just keep going.
Final week countdown for MYB mayMADNESS! A lot can happen in a week. Even just one or two days of great working out can change your whole outlook. It can change how you feel, how you think, what you wear, how you walk and how you see yourself. Keep it up. Keep pushing. Keep trying to find your rhythm and get into your zone.
If the past month has been awesome and full of serious workouts for you, can you push yourself even that bit much further this very last week? If you’ve reached your goals can you even surpass them??
If your month has been tough and you’ve been struggling with your workouts, see this next week as a one week challenge. Give it all you’ve got. All that matters is that you JUST KEEP GOING. Until you stop trying, you have not yet failed. You could be one workout away from finding that workout that you totally love and can’t get enough of. Keep pushing. You can do this. By the end of next week, you’ll be happy you started this week.
JUST KEEP GOING!

MOTIVATION: you can go further than you think.
Just try. One more mile. Ten more minutes. Five more reps. One more sprint. Maybe two. Just try. Your body will prove your head’s self-doubt wrong. Your heart knew all along. But you have to try. You’re stronger than you think. You’re tougher than you think. You’re more resilient than you think. You will succeed. But you have to try. And keep trying. And keep trying. You will succeed. But only if you try.

MOTIVATION: do it anyway.
You don’t feel like it. You’re tired. You’re hungry. Do it anyway.
Work ran late, your favorite show is on, you missed the class you wanted to take. Do it anyway.
You’re new at the class, you’re unsure, you don’t know how it’s gonna be. Do it anyway.
It’s drizzling, it’s windy, it’s cold. (Grab a jacket and) do it anyway.
Push through the mental mind games. And do your workout anyway.

MOTIVATION: mental strength.
Get your head on board with the plan. The rest of your body will follow.
It’s not your alarm clock that’s keeping you pinned in bed in the morning. Or your running shoes that make you stop running.
It’s your mind. And when you strengthen your body, you strengthen your mind. It may be the most important muscle you’ve got.
MOTIVATION: hard work.
Big goals help us focus on what we want to achieve. We have a vision of what we want. We can feel it. Taste it. But far too often we only focus on how it will feel to have, be, achieve, do. In between is the hard work we do each and every day to achieve that goal. That will be the taste in your mouth when you cross that finish line. It won’t be accomplished any other way. So continue that hard work. And as you earn the taste of sweet success day in and day out, soon enough, you’ll crave the taste of that hard work instead of the fantasy of the goal itself. Hard work is the only way. Embrace it.

MOTIVATION: strength.
Strength isn’t just about lifting weights. Pushing through a tough workout isn’t just about accomplishing that workout. It’s bigger than that. When we push ourselves to endure more and more in each workout, we’re training ourselves for life. Getting to the end of that super tough cycling class is about more than making it the full 60 minutes without stopping. Training for a race is about more than race day. Biking to the top of the mountain is about more than just that bike and that mountain.
The stronger we get on the trail, in the gym, on the treadmill, on the bike, on the yoga mat, the stronger we are outside that arena, inside and out. Strength isn’t just about muscles. It’s about our minds and momentum. It’s not just strength in body. It’s strength in everything.

MOTIVATION: do what you love.
Life’s too short to workout in ways you loathe. Sweat the way you wanna sweat.

SWEATstyle: the you edition.
Your SWEATstyle is what kind of gear and style you rock while getting your sweat on.
What’s yours?
Big style, bright colors, all black, all white, all pink?! Do you rock head gear (like above), arm bands, big socks, bright shoes, cool sunglasses, short shorts, long patterned pants?? Depending on every kind of sport or workout, there’s always a specific kind of look people go for. Maybe you stick with that look. Maybe you rock a look all your own… you tell me!
