Life gets busy, over-scheduled, overworked, under slept, undernurished, full of travel, trials and tribulations. Many of us, myself included, get caught up in needing a full on hardcore, drenched in sweat workout to feel like we’ve achieved that day. But sometimes, a quick little somethin’ something’ is better than a big fat nothing nothing! Here’s a quick sequence of yoga positions to keep you going!
